We're looking for a Social Media Manager

We're looking for a talent to join our social media team, helping us building amazing conversations and campaigns - creating trust-based relationships between our clients and their stakeholders.

Role Purpose


The Social Media Manager builds and implements strategies, community management and campaigns across social media channels. He/she enhances clients’ online presence; helping them build meaningful and trust-based relationships with their stakeholders, harnessing the value of content, media and data.

Key accountabilities

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies and plans (content and media), across all platforms and available formats;
  • Identifying new social media opportunities and suggestions on the short-term;
  • Defining relevant and most important social media KPIs;
  • Managing social media content and editorial plans;
  • Building and executing Content Creators and Influencers campaigns;
  • Managing, optimizing, measuring and reporting on social media campaigns;
  • Staying up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies, nurturing clients and
    colleagues;
  • Recommend and use appropriate social media tools;
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing;
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization;
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network;
  • Contributing to creative ideas in order to enhance the originality of projects;
  • Works in close collaboration with the French-native;
  • Works in coordination with the experts and operational teams across disciplines; assuring a quality check
    of deliveries;
  • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction & create long-term client relationships;
  • Set example to team to keep abreast of current and future industry thinking and trends;
  • Present regularly both internally and to clients;
  • Contribute to Voice’s thought leadership by effectively representing the agency on the market;
  • Contribute to Voice’s and VO Group’s values centred on respect for others, creative passion, and openmindedness;
  • Contribute to Voice’s and VO Group’s CSR efforts

Professional Skills & Key Experiences

  • Dutch native and professional proficiency in English (written and oral);
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working on social media projects (strategy, content and ads);
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and social media best practices (platform certification is a nice-to-have);
  • Sound experience across industries;
  • Experience in Influencer marketing (concepts, selection and project management);
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent networking and cooperating skills;
  • Awareness of latest market developments and trends;
  • Strong service ethic;
  • Experience of working in teams and transversal;
  • CSR mindset;
  • Mastering one useful technique to survive the zombie apocalypse
